Cycling races & fitness events
Besides marketing, I've always been passionate about fitness and having an active and healthy lifestyle, something I always tried to instill in others and support them in their fitness journey. I started cycling in 2021 and it has now become a way of life. I spend most of the weekends on long cycling trips exploring new places or training for my next competition.

NYC Triathlon July, 2021
My first competition, 4 months after I started riding. Although I was embarrassed about competing on a hybrid bike and in sneakers among the crowd of pros on cool road bikes, I managed to finish the bike & run course in 2:57 hours.

TD Five Boro Bike Tour August, 2021
This charitable bike ride event allowed me to combine my passion for cycling with helping fund free bike education programs.

Gran Fondo NY May, 2022
After a long winter, training indoors on my Wahoo Kickr smart trainer, I felt ready to take on longer distances and I signed up for the GFNY medium course, a 50 mile ride ending up at the top of Bear Mountain, killer course but loads of fun!

Spartan Race Tri-state NY June, 2022
I can never say no to my friends when they come up with crazy ideas like doing a Spartan race! I hardly ever run since I started cycling, although I enjoyed the camaraderie and the feeling of being part of a community that shares a common goal: living an active and healthy life.

NYC Triathlon July, 2022
In 2022 NY Triathlon has officially introduced a Duathlon bike & run course (1 mile run / 25 mile bike / 6 mile run) although the morning of the race the officials decided to cut all distances in half due to the heat. The run part was a real struggle in 90+ degrees!

IRONMAN 70.3 Atlantic City September, 2022
Joined by my two friends we competed as a relay team, where I was the designated cyclist :) and completed the 56 mile bike course in 3:14 hours.
